Aashka Aradhya

If you're here, you should see a lot of what I do and think about.

About me

I’m a product person by profession and relentlessly curious by nature.

I work on complex technology products and spend a lot of time thinking about how emerging technologies move from possible to useful — how they become products, businesses, and eventually things people take for granted.

Outside of work, my curiosity tends to escape its boundaries. I find myself thinking about a problem at work, to wondering about how homes and cities would change, physical products, interesting businesses and occasionally attempting to build something simply because I wondered whether I could.

Becoming a parent has added another question to the mix: in a world changing this quickly, how do we give children an expansive sense of what’s possible and the curiosity and agency to participate in building it.

I grew up in Bombay and now live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my husband and our growing family.

Some of what you’ll find here is analysis. Some is product thinking. Some is an experiment I’ve actually built. And some starts with a question I don’t yet know the answer to. If something makes me curious enough to investigate, build, test, or rethink it, it will probably end up here.

Say hello. Interesting ideas get better when they collide with interesting people. If something here made you think, reach out to me at writetoaashka@gmail.com
